Pricing questions
How does pricing work?
Each visit starts with a house-call fee by distance, plus a $75 initial exam and a $10 medical-waste fee. Zone 1 starts at $160, Zone 2 at $185, and Zone 3 at $235.
What does an emergency or urgent exam cost?
A standard exam is $75. An emergency or urgent exam, with same-day priority for acute pain, post-op concerns, or sudden symptoms, is $100.
Do you see more than one pet per visit?
Yes. There's one house-call fee per home, no matter how many pets we see. Each pet gets its own exam, and additional pets get $15 off their exam fee.
Are vaccines and bloodwork extra?
Yes, they're billed separately so you only pay for what your pet needs. Vaccines run $30–75 each, and bloodwork ranges from $100 to $300+ depending on the panel.
Do you take pet insurance?
We provide itemized invoices that work with major carriers such as Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Embrace, and Nationwide. Payment is due at the time of service, and your provider reimburses you.
What if surgery is needed?
Surgical consults start at $250 in-home. The procedure itself is quoted separately based on complexity, and we walk you through the full estimate before booking anything.
Do you offer same-day visits?
When the schedule allows. Urgent cases get same-day priority Monday to Friday. After hours, we refer you to the nearest 24-hour facility.
