Dr. Chavarry frequently manages difficult, long-standing cases that are often postponed because of multiple conditions, such as senior pets, patients with heart murmurs, or severe, chronic skin conditions. While we work with a strong network of specialists, many of these conditions can be managed safely and comfortably at home.

Every visit includes a house-call fee by zone, a $75 initial exam and a $10 medical-waste fee. One house-call fee covers the whole home, and each additional pet gets $15 off their exam. Anything beyond the exam is quoted and approved by you first.

Yes. Concierge PetVet offers in-home senior assessments across Miami-Dade, monitoring mobility, cognition and organ function, with care plans for chronic conditions. Senior exams start at $75, plus the house-call fee for your zone.
A thorough exam, a review of your pet’s medical history, and a plan for any chronic conditions. Bloodwork and mobile ultrasound can be added at home, and X-rays or surgery are coordinated with partner hospitals.
Many older pets find car rides and clinic visits stressful or physically hard. At home, they stay calm and comfortable, which also helps us get more accurate vitals and a truer picture of their health.
